Gianluigi Donnarumma, the goalkeeper for PSG, put on another outstanding performance, which ended the Gunners’ hopes of overcoming a 1-0 first-leg deficit.,
The Italian, who was excellent in the first leg at Emirates Stadium, held Arsenal at bay early on with a string of incredible saves.
He made a fantastic save against Gabriel Martinelli, and then he made an even greater save against Martin Odegaard’s long-range, low drive as PSG rallied.
After 27 minutes, with the aid of a tiny deflection, Fabian Ruiz received a headed clearing from Thomas Partey and flashed a 20-yard effort past Arsenal keeper David Raya to give PSG the lead.
Before Raya joined in by saving Vitinha’s spot-kick following Myles Lewis-Skelly’s handball penalty, Donnarumma made another incredible save to deny Bukayo Saka.
PSG doubled their lead after seventy-two minutes as a result of Partey’s error. He lost possession before Achraf Hakimi scored on the break.
Saka finally beat Donnarumma with an angled finish four minutes later, but it was insufficient to start a comeback. PSG will now play Inter Milan in the Champions League final in Munich.
