Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth client experience from arrival to departure.
  • Enforce salon protocols, SOPs, and ensure all staff adhere to company policies.
  • Open and close the salon with full accountability for systems and procedures.
  • Manage and monitor stock levels for all salon products, equipment, and refreshments.
