In an account of his return to Nigeria after spending 48 years in Canada, Nigerian academician Professor Amos Mabayomije Ishola Awodiya disclosed that he has no wife, no child, and no personal money in his possession.
In an interview with clergyman Agbala Gabriel, who subsequently uploaded the video on Facebook, Professor Amos shared his heartfelt story. He developed a career as an educator over the course of 48 years, making contributions to the academic community in his adopted country.
The professor looked back on his life journey throughout the conversation with the clergy, claiming to be the first person in the world to specialize in heuristic education.

Recalling his 1995 return to Nigeria after being named a minister, he worked as Brigadier Tunde Idiagbon’s senior special adviser on classified intelligence information.
The scholar, who is also a lecturer and author, disclosed that he wrote the Nigerian Encyclopedia intending to publish it, but his difficulties began when he was defrauded of N81 million naira. He disclosed that the Encyclopedia was a handwritten book with 2000 pages.
“I was married at one point,” he revealed, “but my wife died without having children.”
Contrarily, cleric Agbala Gabriel said in a follow-up update on Saturday that he is in communication with the professor’s family, pointing out that the professor has children but aging is telling on him.
“We have begun working on HIM,” he wrote. Investigations are ongoing, and some of his relatives are present.
Baba has kids, and aging is having an impact on him in some way. Stay tuned as we bring Him live on Facebook later today.
