Missed the match yesterday? Here is its highlight.

On Friday night, Manchester United came from behind to defeat Leicester City. They narrowly move on to the fifth round. All thanks to a controversial stoppage-time goal from Harry Maguire.

Maguire headed the ball into the back of the net after Bruno Fernandes delivered a free-kick into the box with extra time and maybe penalties looming.

Since the visual assistant referee (VAR) is not being used at this point in the competition, the referees did not flag the defender’s apparent offside, and the goal remained in place.

After watching their team lose five of their last seven games at Old Trafford, it was much-needed relief for Manchester United supporters.

Leicester took the lead near the conclusion of a mostly boring first half when Bobby De Cordova-Reid headed in after Andre Onana’s save from Wilfred Ndidi’s effort rebounded up for him.

Alejandro Garnacho’s arrival, however, helped Manchester United significantly improve in the second half. He gave Leicester a lot of trouble with his runs, and the home team equalized through his cross, which found Rasmus Hojlund. His shot was stopped, but Joshua Zirkzee was there to sidefoot home shortly after he entered the game.

The Red Devils appeared to have the best chance of winning from that point on, and Maguire’s header in the third and last minute of stoppage time proved that, but Leicester supporters will be upset that the goal wasn’t disallowed.
