Job Brief
– We are searching for a courteous and professional Female Front Desk Officer to join our team.
– As a Front Desk Officer, she will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
– The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
– Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.

– Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
