A deer walked into a store in Colorado. The shop owner gave her some cookies. After leaving the store, she returned after half an hour with her entire family.

The story took place at the Horsetooth Inn and RV Park’s tiny gift shop in Fort Collins, Colorado. A young doe simply strolled into the store while Lori Jones, the owner, was on her regular shift. Lori laughed when she noticed that the doe appeared interested and even examined things like chips and eyeglasses.
Lori handed the doe a peanut bar as a gentle way to lead her out. After waiting patiently outside the shop for almost half an hour, the doe returned with her whole family, including her fawns. Lori took some amazing close-up pictures of the meeting before she was able to entice the deer family away once more.
