In the midst of a £133 million divorce fight with his 15-year wife, Real Madrid legend Roberto Carlos is reportedly sleeping on the training field.
After divorcing Mariana Luccon, former Real Madrid player Roberto Carlos is reportedly staying at the team’s training complex, Real Madrid Sports City in Valdebebas.
According to Goal, the pair, who got married in 2009, are currently involved in a court dispute over Carlos’ enormous fortune, which is said to be worth £133 million.
His ex-wife and her parents are staying at another of Carlos’ residences, while he is temporarily residing at the training ground.
The pair has two daughters, Mariana and Manuela. Carlos was a Brazilian football star who played for Real Madrid for 11 years.
During that time, he won four La Liga crowns and three Champions League trophies. His personal life is known for being colorful; he has disclosed that he had 11 children with seven different women who live in different countries.
It’s unclear how long Carlos, who is currently a club ambassador, would stay at the training field while the legal proceedings are ongoing or how the divorce settlement will turn out.
