Short Description
In 1900, the murder of a white woman in San Francisco’s Chinatown, allegedly committed by a Chinese man, sent shockwaves through the community and led to public outcry demanding the shutdown of Chinatown.
It features Wang Baoqiang and Liu Haoran reprising their roles as detectives Qin Feng and Tang Ren, this time as ancestral versions of their characters. The duo investigates a double murder in Chinatown that threatens to ignite a race war, with Chow Yun-fat as a Chinatown kingpin and John Cusack as a politician whose daughter is a victim.
