On Monday, Tyson Fury, a former heavyweight champion, announced his retirement from boxing.

After defeating Dillian Whyte in April 2022, the 36-year-old Fury had earlier declared his retirement, but he came back six months later.

The British fighter has held the heavyweight title twice and has a record of 34 victories, 2 losses, and 1 draw.

He announced this via one of his social media posts. He said, “Hi everybody, I’m going to make this short and sweet,”.

“I’d like to announce my retirement from boxing, it has been a blast, I’ve loved every single minute of it and I’m going to end with this; Dick Turpin wore a mask.”
